Not from the summit looking down, but from the path, turning around and saying: here’s what I've found out, here’s what helped, here’s what’s actually true.

I spent years in HR and organisational culture, working with senior leaders on the things that move organisations, behaviour, performance, and meaningful change.

That work taught me one important thing: that Progress comes from clarity, not constant motion. There was nothing written for the woman I was becoming.

Someone transitioning out of the corporate world with quite a lot of mileage left in her, real skills, real ideas… and no map.

So I built the roadmap, and started documenting it as I go.
