About Founders Quill
Hi, I'm Ade.
Founders Quill is for people building a business for the first time who don't need more noise, more hype or another "take the leap" pep talk.
You may have years of professional experience and know you're capable. But knowing how businesses work and knowing how to build one from scratch are two very different things.
Founders Quill offers a practical, structured path from an idea in your head to a real business, one intentional step at a time.
Why I Built It
Before building my own businesses, I spent years working inside global organisations across people, operations and organisational change, alongside senior leaders.
That experience taught me a lot. It didn't teach me how to start from scratch.
And perhaps the hardest question of all: How do I know I'm actually making progress?
Much of the advice I found focused on launching fast, growing fast and getting rich overnight.
I wanted something different. Something meaningful, commercially sound and sustainable. Something that respected the experience I already had while acknowledging how much I still needed to learn.
I couldn't find the roadmap I needed, so I started building one.
A Few Steps Ahead, Not on the Mountain Top
I'm not writing from the summit. I'm building too.
I'm testing ideas, creating products, figuring out visibility, making mistakes and learning what works.
Founders Quill brings those experiences together with research and established business principles to create practical guidance you can use.
